  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 as needed non-stick baking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F) and place the oven rack in the middle position.

Generously coat 6 ramekins (6-ounce size) with non-stick baking spray, then dust the insides with unsweetened cocoa powder. Shake out the excess cocoa and set the ramekins aside.
