Ingredients

  • 200 g dark chocolate (at least 60% cocoa)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 240 ml heavy cream
  • 180 g marshmallow fluff
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1

Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and place it in a heatproof bowl along with the unsalted butter.

Step 2

Set the bowl over a pot of simmering water, ensuring the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water. Stir occasionally until the chocolate and butter are melted and smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

In a medium mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with an electric hand mixer until it forms stiff peaks. Refrigerate until needed.
