Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ribeye steak
  • 1 Large onion
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 Hoagie rolls
  • 0.25 cup Mayonnaise

Directions

Step 1

Slice the ribeye steak thinly against the grain. Set aside.

Step 2

Peel and slice the large onion into thin rings.
