  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash all vegetables thoroughly and pat them dry.

Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Step 3

Peel the cucumber, cut it into quarters lengthwise, and then slice it into bite-sized chunks. Add to the bowl.

Deseed and dice the red bell pepper into small cubes. Add it to the bowl.
