  • 1 cup Champagne
  • 2 tablespoons Shallots (finely minced)
  • 0.25 cup Heavy cream
  • 6 tablespoons Unsalted butter (cold and cubed)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Add the shrimp and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
