  • 1 teaspoon, divided salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon, divided black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon (for cooking) avocado oil or olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper to create the marinade.

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Ensure each fillet is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for 15-30 minutes.
