Ingredients

  • 250 grams Sashimi-grade tuna
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons Green onion (finely chopped)
  • 200 grams Edamame beans (shelled, thawed if frozen)
  • 1 unit Garlic clove (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black sesame seeds
  • 10 unit Wonton wrappers
  • 500 milliliters Vegetable oil (for frying)

Directions

Step 1

Cut the sashimi-grade tuna into small, evenly-sized cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, create the marinade by combining soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, lime juice, grated ginger, and green onion.

Step 3

Pour the marinade over the tuna, mix well, and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

While the tuna marinates, prepare the edamame puree by boiling the edamame beans in salted water for 4-5 minutes, then drain and let them cool for a few minutes.
