Directions

Step 1

Place the pork chops in a large zip-top bag or shallow dish.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, honey, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, dried oregano, smoked paprika, ground black pepper, and salt to create the marinade.
