  • 10 leaves Fresh basil leaves
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Cornmeal or flour

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat up.

Step 2

On a lightly floured surface, stretch your pizza dough ball into a 12-inch circle. Transfer it to a piece of parchment paper lightly dusted with cornmeal or flour.

Step 3

In a small saucepan over medium heat, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
