  • 1 cup Chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9x5-inch loaf pans or line with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

In another large bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, and vegetable oil together until smooth and well-combined.
