Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together using a hand or stand mixer until light and creamy, about 2 minutes.
