  • 0.5 teaspoon Fresh ground black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)
  • 4 pieces Lemon wedges (optional for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.

Step 2

In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, ground black pepper, and salt until well combined.

Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
