  • 1 small, diced onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 cup (optional, for garnish) sour cream
  • 0.25 cup, chopped (optional, for garnish) fresh cilantro

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.

Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until fully browned, breaking it into small crumbles with a spatula. Drain excess grease, if needed.
