Ingredients

  • 16 pieces Large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika

  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cups Fresh mango, diced
  • 1 medium Cucumber, diced
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper, diced
  • 0.25 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 0.25 teaspoon Chili flakes (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the shrimp and toss to coat them evenly. Let the shrimp marinate for 10 minutes while you prepare the salad ingredients.

Step 2
