Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup Ripe mango (peeled and diced)

  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground turmeric (optional, for color)
  • 1 teaspoon Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh cilantro (chopped, for garnish)
  • 1 pinch Paprika (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Place the eggs in a single layer in a medium saucepan and cover them with cold water. Make sure the water level is about 1 inch above the eggs.

Step 2

Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat, then lower the heat to a gentle simmer. Cook the eggs for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Remove the eggs from the heat and immediately transfer them to a bowl of ice water. Let them cool for at least 5 minutes to make peeling easier.
