  • 6 pieces Mini pizza bases
  • 300 grams Boneless chicken thighs

  • 1 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 4 tablespoons Water
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 150 grams Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 stalks Spring onions, chopped (greens only)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper powder

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut the boneless chicken thighs into small, bite-sized pieces and season them with salt and black pepper powder.

In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to form a slurry.
