  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 1 cup White rice, uncooked
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large soup pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a wooden spoon. Drain any excess fat and set the beef aside.
