  • 2 pounds Chicken wings
  • 0.5 cup Soy sauce
  • 0.5 cup Honey
  • 0.25 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 2 stalks Green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.

Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and season them with salt and black pepper.

Arrange the wings on the wire rack in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

While the wings are baking, prepare the sticky sauce. In a medium saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, Sriracha, minced garlic, grated ginger, and vegetable oil. Heat over medium heat, stirring, until the sugar dissolves and the mixture begins to simmer.
