  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 100 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 liter water
  • 1 tablespoon salt (for boiling water)

Directions

Step 1

Bring 1 liter of water to a boil in a large pot. Add 1 tablespoon of salt and cook the spaghetti pasta according to the package instructions (typically 8–10 minutes) until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

While the pasta is boiling, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet or saucepan over medium heat.
