Ingredients

  • 12 oz leftover steak
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • 16 oz baby potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Wash and halve the baby potatoes. Boil them in salted water over medium heat for 10 minutes or until fork-tender. Drain and set aside.

Slice the leftover steak into thin strips against the grain. Set aside.

Dice the yellow onion, mince the garlic, and chop the red bell pepper into small pieces.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
