  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped, optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or sauté pan over medium-high heat.

Season the chicken thighs with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
