  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 0.5 pound Italian sausage
  • 0.75 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Pizza sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 as needed Cooking spray
  • 0.5 cup Sliced pepperoni
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Lightly grease a baking sheet or a large muffin tin with cooking spray and set aside.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Italian sausage, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently but thoroughly using your hands or a wooden spoon.
