  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0.25 cup dill pickles, chopped (optional garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5–7 minutes. Drain any excess grease.

Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 3–4 minutes.

Stir in the ketchup, mustard, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
