  • 60 milliliters Strong brewed espresso (cooled)
  • 120 grams All-purpose flour
  • 30 grams Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 120 grams Macadamia nuts (coarsely chopped and roasted)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a 9x9-inch (23x23 cm) baking pan with parchment paper, leaving a slight overhang for easy removal.

Step 2

Melt the butter and semi-sweet chocolate chips together in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (double boiler method), stirring until smooth. Alternatively, microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between. Let the mixture cool slightly.
