  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Butter a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the elbow macaroni and cook according to the package instructions, usually about 7-8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
