  • 1 lb Ground beef (or ground turkey)
  • 1 medium Yellow onion, diced

  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tubes Canned crescent roll dough
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Butter, for greasing

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter and set aside.

Step 2

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef (or turkey) until browned and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Step 3

Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until softened and fragrant.

Reduce the heat to low and stir in the cream cheese. Add the milk, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until the cream cheese is fully melted and combined with the meat. Remove the skillet from heat.
