  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 cup corn kernels (optional, roasted)
  • 1 medium avocado slices (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp and set aside.
