Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Using a fresh coconut, crack it open, remove the meat, and grate 2 cups worth of fresh coconut. Make sure to avoid using the brown skin.
