Directions

Step 1

Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the macaroni pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, then cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and fully cooked.
