  • 1 can Spam (canned cooked pork)
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, until the mixture is light golden brown.
