  • 60 grams Macadamia nuts, finely chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 100 grams Extra powdered sugar (for coating)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Using a hand or stand mixer, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
