  • 2 cups Plain yogurt (preferably full-fat)
  • 1 tablespoon Dried mint
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Dried rose petals (optional, for garnishing)
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 1 clove Garlic (grated or finely minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Walnuts (chopped, optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Raisins (optional)

Stir in the dried mint, fresh dill, salt, and black pepper. Adjust the seasoning to your taste.

If desired, gently fold in the chopped walnuts and raisins for added texture and flavor.

Step 6

Transfer the mixture to a serving dish. Garnish with dried rose petals, additional dried mint, or chopped walnuts, if using.

Step 7

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.

Step 8

Serve as a dip with flatbread, a side dish with grilled meats, or as a complement to rice dishes. Enjoy!
