  • 4 pieces Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Milk

  • 0.5 cups Shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro
  • 0.25 cups Salsa (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Stack the corn tortillas and cut them into small strips, approximately 1 inch wide.

Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl. Add the milk, salt, and ground black pepper, then whisk until fully combined.
