  • 25 sheets Spring roll wrappers
  • 0.25 cup Water
  • 2 cups (for frying) Cooking oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, grated carrot, shredded cabbage, diced onion, minced garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and ground black pepper.
