  • 2 cups (sliced) yellow squash
  • 2 cups (sliced) zucchini

  • 1 cup (shredded) cheddar cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.

Step 2

In a large saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add the sliced yellow squash and zucchini. Cook for 5-7 minutes until tender, then drain and set aside.

In the same saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
