  • 1 pound Ground beef

  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 28 ounces Tomato sauce
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dried parsley

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to boil. Carefully remove the core of the cabbage using a sharp knife, and place the head of cabbage into the boiling water. Boil for 8-10 minutes, or until the leaves are pliable. Drain and set the cabbage aside to cool slightly.

In a medium saucepan, cook the white rice according to package instructions and set aside to cool.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, cooked rice, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, 1 teaspoon of salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
