Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a 9-inch round or square baking dish with a light coating of nonstick spray, or line it with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, mash the overripe bananas with a fork until smooth. Some small lumps are fine.
