  • 1.75 cups Water
  • 4 units Cardamom pods
  • 1 teaspoon Rose water (optional)
  • 2 cups Oil or ghee (for deep frying)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the milk powder, all-purpose flour, semolina, and baking soda.

Add the ghee to the dry ingredients and mix until crumbly.
