  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 can No-salt-added black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Low-sodium chicken broth
  • 3 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Ground chili powder
  • 4 large Whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded low-sodium cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

Cut the chicken breast into small, bite-sized pieces.

Step 3

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.

Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and season with garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and black pepper.
