Ingredients

  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Whole milk
  • 0.75 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup Brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Cold water
  • 1 cup Low sodium pretzels
  • 0.5 cup Pecans
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sea salt

Directions

Step 1

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.

Add both the granulated sugar and brown sugar, stirring until they dissolve and start to caramelize. Be careful not to burn the mixture.
