  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.75 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup low-sodium graham crackers, roughly chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, cream the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar together until light and fluffy.

Add the egg and vanilla extract to the mixture, beating until fully incorporated.

In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and unsweetened cocoa powder.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Using a tablespoon or small ice cream scoop, drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
