  • 1 Red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 Green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 Red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes and place them into a large bowl.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground black pepper, dried oregano, paprika, ground cumin, and onion powder to create the marinade.
