Ingredients

  • 1 ball Whole wheat pizza dough
  • 3 pieces Medium potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese (low sodium)
  • 1 quarter cup Parmesan cheese (low sodium)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup Fresh arugula

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).

Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to the desired thickness, then transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
