Ingredients

  • 1 pound Chicken tenderloins
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, black pepper, paprika, dried oregano, dried thyme, and onion powder to create the marinade.

Step 2

Place the chicken tenderloins in a resealable plastic bag or glass container with a lid.

Step 3

Pour the marinade over the chicken tenderloins, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Seal the container or bag, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for more flavor.

Step 4

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C).

Step 5

Remove the chicken tenderloins from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off, and discard the marinade.

Step 6

Place the tenderloins on the grill, and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until the chicken is cooked through and has an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Step 7

Once cooked, remove the tenderloins from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Step 8

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving for an added touch of freshness.
