Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground turkey
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 whole Garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley
  • 1 small Carrot
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 cup Low sodium bread crumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 sheets Puff pastry sheets
  • 1 egg wash Egg wash (1 egg beaten with 1 tbsp water)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Step 2

Finely chop the onion, garlic, and parsley. Grate the carrot using a box grater or food processor.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, grated carrot, black pepper, Dijon mustard, and breadcrumbs.
