Ingredients

  • 250 g Paneer
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 1 medium Green bell pepper
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 100 g Broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 inch piece Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro
  • 2 tbsp Water

Directions

Step 1

Cut the paneer into bite-sized cubes and set aside.

Step 2

Slice the red and green bell peppers into thin strips.

Step 3

Peel and cut the carrot into thin julienne strips.

Step 4

Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.

Step 5

Peel and grate the ginger.

Step 6

Heat olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds until fragrant.

Add finely chopped garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for about 1 minute until they become aromatic.
