  • 4 slices Whole wheat bread slices
  • 150 grams Paneer
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 1 small Carrot
  • 0.5 medium Green bell pepper
  • 10 leaves Fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Start by crumbling the paneer into small pieces using your hands or a fork.

Step 2

Finely chop the cucumber, tomato, and green bell pepper. Peel and grate the carrot.

Step 3

In a bowl, combine the crumbled paneer, chopped cucumber, tomato, grated carrot, and green bell pepper.
