Ingredients

  • 200 grams Paneer
  • 150 grams Baby Corn
  • 3 medium, pureed Tomatoes

  • 1 tablespoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 finely chopped Green Chili
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 cup Low Sodium Vegetable Broth
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Cream
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Cilantro Leaves
  • 0.5 cup Water

Directions

Step 1

Cut the paneer into cubes and fry them lightly in 1 tablespoon of oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add the remaining oil and sauté the chopped onions until translucent.

Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chili, and sauté for another 2 minutes until the raw smell disappears.
