Ingredients

  • 1 Whole chicken (3-4 pounds)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 Lemon, sliced
  • 3 Fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Remove the giblets from the chicken cavity and pat the chicken dry with paper towels.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, ground black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and dried thyme.
