  • 300 grams boneless skinless chicken breast

  • 1 piece bay leaf
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup water

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the okra thoroughly in cold water. Trim the stems and cut into 1cm thick slices.

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
